主要工作职责RESPONSIBILITY:

当客人抵店时，管家必须在门口欢迎客人并帮助客人拿行李，带客人去前台办理入住。
When guest arrived naked Castel, Host need greeting guest at main entrance, Help 
unload guest luggage and escort guest to reception for check in. 
在餐饮部需要帮忙的时候协助客房送餐服务
Help Delivery the in room dinning order if F&B need assistant. 
接送客人去客人指定的地点
Pick up or drop off guest to the request area. 

能力要求SPECIFICATION:
双语（英文，中文）
Bilingual (English and Chinese)
与人接触时，会花大量时间用来沟通；具有与顾客、员工及第三方良好沟通的能力反映了酒
店、品牌和集团的优势。
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; 
demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects 
highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
精通计算机软件和系统
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office Syste
酒店管理或者行政管理本科毕业或者相同学历
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent
至少1年经验类似的角色。具有开业筹备酒店的经验在一个类似的角色将是非常有利的
At least 1 year equivalent experience in a similar role. Experience in a pre-opening capacity in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
