1、按集团要求组织领导所属公司的财务管理、成本管理、预算管理、会计核算、会计监督、审计监察、存货控制等方面工作，加强公司经济管理，提高经济效益；
2、完善所属公司制度、流程，成本控制执行情况；
3、按集团要求做好所属公司资金预算，按照集团财务要求及时上报资金预算报表；按预算要求控制资金使用；
4、按集团财务要求及时编制、审核下属公司各项财务报表并报送集团及所属公司总经理，做好所属公司财务分析报告；
5、组织所属公司财务会议，定期参加集团财务会议，汇报期间财务工作，总结、交流财务问题和经验；
6、参加所属公司办公例会以及其它重要会议并提出财务建议；
任何要求：
1、财务管理、会计、金融相关专业、大专及以上学历；
2、具有五年以上酒店财务管理工作经验，熟悉酒店财务管理模式；3、熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
4、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
5、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。
语言能力：英语-熟练计算机能力：良好年龄要求：30-45岁
