1.负责管区内客房清洁卫生工作和服务工作，掌握客情，合理安排人力，组织和指挥下属员工，严格按照工作规程和要求，做好管区内客房及环境的清洁卫生、宾客迎送和接待服务工作。
2.掌握管区内各种设施设备的情况，及时提出报修、更新和添置计划。
3.掌握管区内客房状态情况，负责对客人遗留物品的招领和处理。
4.负责保管楼层总钥匙收发及保管。
5.负责客房用品的管理，保持仓库物品堆放整齐，领用合理，消耗控制得当，做出盘点明细表和预算申请，做到日清月结,账物相符。
6.组织或督导员工的岗位业务培训，不断提高客房服务员的业务技能，保证优质的规范服务。
7.负责安排下属员工班次、工作时间和假日轮休。
8.坚持服务现场的督导和管理，每天检查管区内拥有的客房，发现问题及时指导和纠正。
9.沟通与其他各部门之间的联系、协调工作。
10.了解和掌握员工的思想状况，做好思想工作，确保客房内部工作的协作性和一致性。
11.使用正确的程序报告工程问题并进行检查。
12.随时上报矛盾房，并于下班前在办公室做记录。
13.按计划实施楼层每周、每月的清洁计划和保养计划。
14.处理临时的紧急情况。
