岗位职责：
1、根据酒店销售策略，制定不同的销售政策，开发相应销售市场；
2、跟踪客户，维护原有的销售渠道，开拓新的市场；
3、建立并维护销售数据库，并及时更新进度信息；
4、建立并维护良好的客户关系以增加销售额；
5、服务客户，了解需求并尽量满足客户的要求。
任职要求：
1、成熟稳重、形象佳、具亲和力；
2、性格外向，喜欢与人交际，有良好的团队意识；
3、精通英语者优先考虑；
4、2年及以上高星级酒店销售经验，熟悉本地市场者优先考虑；
5、熟练掌握销售技巧，以自信、积极的态度促销销售，达成每月销售指标。
