岗位职责：

1、全面负责工程部日常管理工作，负责项目的日常维保及专项工程维修。

2、负责工程部的节支运行、保证酒店最大限度的节能、节支。
3、制定和审定酒店设施设备保养维护计划
4、审定员工培训计划，定期对员工进行业务技能、服务意识、基本素质的培训。
5、负责酒店消防安全工作，以及与消防单位的业务对接。

岗位要求

1、大专以上文化程度；3年以上同岗位工作经验。

2、必须掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规。

3、能充分领会上级的经营意图，正确处理上下级之间、部门之间的关系，并能组织和指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。

4、有强烈的事业心与责任感，有较强的自学能力和适应性，秉公办事，不谋私利。
