· 协调房间状况。监管前厅部各部门效率，确保每个员工按标准实行所分配到的工作。

· 抓住每个机会销售酒店设施产品以提高收入。

· 负责提供正确的房费收入并报告所有的差异房。

· 确保所有员工总是保持着装整洁卫生。

· 保持在工作记录本上对所有事件详细记录（包括客人和员工）以及与之相关的条目，如有需要报告前厅部经理。

· 保持记录客户反馈及采取的行动及解决方法。

· 与其他部门、酒店客人、本地社会成员等保持良好的合作关系。

· 按要求与前厅部经理一起出席会议。

· 确保客人信息的保密性。

· 确保所有员工熟悉紧急事件程序，万一发生此类情况，首先保证生命安全，其次是保护财产。

· 监控、报告并对客人和员工的安全保障问题提出建议。

· 定时地对酒店的运营区域进行巡视，确保各部门的运作达到期望标准。

· 在总经理，驻店经理，各部门总监不当班的情况下，对所有的紧急事件担负责任。必须熟悉所有紧急事件的程序，保障客人和员工的安全，保障酒店的利益。

· 负责处理客人投诉，分析问题，并快速做出正确的决定，保证客人满意的同时保护酒店财产及收入。

· 监管前厅部日常操作，确保每个客人在需要帮助时得到快速有效、热情周到的服务。

· 确保及时迎送贵宾。

· 与客房部和工程部协作，确保酒店公共区域整洁卫生，运作正常。

· 至少两年以上酒店的工作经验，一年同类型酒店值班副经理工作经验。

· 能长时间工作。

· 了解计算机知识。

· 有较为熟练的系统操作，来处理和解决临时发生的系统问题。
