工作职责：
1. 统筹管理前台、礼宾、宾客关系、电话总机等各岗位日常运营，确保服务质量符合酒店服务标准与客户期望；
2. 负责前厅部排班调度、员工培训、绩效辅导及现场督导，提升团队专业能力与服务响应效率；
3. 处理宾客重大投诉及突发事件，协调跨部门资源及时妥善解决，维护酒店声誉与客户满意度；
4. 参与前厅部运营数据分析，提出流程优化建议并推动落地，持续提升入住/退房效率、客房销售协同及客户转化率；
5. 执行酒店营收管理策略，指导前台团队开展 upsell/cross－sell（如房型升级、增值服务推荐），助力前厅收入目标达成；
6. 配合人力资源部完成前厅部人才梯队建设，参与关键岗位招聘评估与储备人才培养。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、工商管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具备5年以上四星级及以上酒店前厅部工作经验，其中不少于2年主管或领班级管理岗位经历；
3. 熟悉国际品牌酒店（如万豪、洲际、希尔顿、香格里拉等）前厅运营标准及ONQ系统操作；
4. 具备优秀的中英文书面与口语表达能力，能熟练使用英语处理宾客沟通、邮件往来及跨部门协作；
5. 具备较强的组织协调能力、抗压能力及服务敏感度，善于识别客户需求并驱动团队提供个性化服务；
