职位描述

MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能: Overlooking and managing the entire operation of the guest service as well as providing leadership and direction for the department. Responsibilities include training, motivating and leading the guest service associates and keeping guest hospitality as the number one focus. Ensure that each associate has sufficient resources to perform his or her job well, and constantly seek to improve the methods to meet the guests’ needs. Be able to manage all daily operational tasks in an efficient and regular manner. Coordinate the shift operations in accordance to the corporate and local standard operating procedure (LSOP), emphasizing on guest hospitality and directing associates to work together as team, presenting them as a professional, proactive and well-informed Guest Service Associates. Ensure that all outstanding guest or operational issues are resolved in a timely and professional way. Maintaining a good relationship with other departments especially Housekeeping, Security and Sales. 仅限集团内部调转 JOB SPECIFICATION 职位要求 : · Minimum 6 years Front Desk experience with at least 2 years of Front Desk Supervisory experience.至少6年国际酒店前台经验, 2年前台管理相关职务经验。 · Demonstrated excellent communication and hospitality skills.精通沟通及好客才能。 · Demonstrated leadership qualities.精通领导才能。
