职位描述

1.    Maintain an efficient filing system (manual and computerized) to ensure easy access to all records and files.

保持有效的归档系统(手写与电脑录入)以确保快速找到所有文件与记录。

2.    Control & manage leave, overtime applications all data concerning all associates.

控制及管理假期,加班申请及所有与员工相关数据。

3.    Ensure administrative support is undertaken efficiently and professionally, including work/processing, answer telephone, filing, maintain noticeboards, collect/distribute mail, maintain TRACE and forms file, purchase orders, expense vouchers, locker distribution, new employee documents.

确保提供专业有效的行政支持,包括工作与配合,接听电话,填表 ,更新布告牌,收集整理邮件,保持工作报告和当前鉴定以及归档,采购,费用收据,更衣柜发放,新雇员文件。

4.    Assist in developing and maintaining an appropriate skills data base.

协助发展及保存相关技能数据库。

5.    Assist with staff queries regarding name badges, letters of introduction etc.

协助制作员工工作日志、名卡、介绍信等。

6.    Assist Department Heads in maintaining current knowledge and understanding of contemporary Human Resources issues.

协助部门经理掌握并理解当前人力资源政策及知识。

7.    Trace user department to submit the attendance record of employees on time. Check the record timely to make sure Finance will pay without delay.

督促使用部门及时递交员工的考勤并按时完成校对工作,以确保财务部准时发放工资。

8.    Assist in the formulation of Human Resources/Training Strategies.

协助完成人力资源及培训战略。

9.    Ensure all associates are paid in line with their terms of employment.

保证所有员工按照聘用条款支付薪金。

10.  Ensure all annual and sick leave requests are processed giving accurate and timely responses to associates.

保证所有员工年假及病假申请得到及时、正确的答复。

11.  Ensure all personnel records are maintained accurately and secure.

保证准确安全地保存所有员工个人记录。

12.  Monitor information and trends in the industry.

跟踪行业信息及发展趋势。

13.  Assist in the preparation and management of the unit/outlet budgets.

协助准备及管理部门预算。

14.  Assist with ratio analysis.

协助数据分析。

15.  Purchase stock/inventory according to purchasing procedures and specification.

依照采购程序和明细采购和库存。

16.  Supervise associates performance.

指导员工工作表现。

17.  Implement appropriate management practices that provide associates motivation and communication.

采取适当管理方式给予员工激励,进行沟通。

18.  Provide one to one instruction to associates members when required.

必要时对员工进行一对一指导。

19.  Access and use Human Resources Management system & word processing computer packages

掌握和运用人力资源管理系统和电脑文字处理系统。

20.  Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.

21.  Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors/managers of potential danger.

22.  Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.

23.  Be familiar with property safety, current first aid and fire emergency procedures.

24.  Assist in the running of the associate’s dormitory.

25.  Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area.

26.  Assist in preparing and conducting meetings and group presentations to keep associates/management/other parties informed of hotel operations and other relevant issues.

协助准备及主持会议、小组展示向员工、管理层通告饭店经营及其他相关情况。

27.  Assist in managing cross-cultural communication.

协助跨文化交流。

28.  Maintain personal presentation to hotel and Aloft Standards.

29.  Demonstrate professional attitude and behavior at all times.

30.  Analyze, evaluate and improve your personal performance on a continual basis.
