1.	Maintains complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel.
为酒店保存完整，并有支持性的记录，包括销售协议和报价。
2.	Establishes an efficient trace File to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked.
建立有效的跟踪文档以确保所有预定的业务被合理的跟踪。
3.	Submits Sales report to Sales Manager in a timely manner.
及时向销售经理提交销售报告。
4.	Entertains and conducts hotel tour to clients whenever required
在任何需要的时候宴请客人，并带领其参观酒店活动。
5.	Establishes and maintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities.
与现有客户建立并保持良好的客户关系， 并不断地开发新的客户。
6.	Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guest's requests and expectations are being met.
与其他操作部门保持良好的沟通，确保满足客人的需求和期望。
7.	Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems.  If no immediate solution can be found, to ensure that the necessary follow-up is conducted in a timely manner.

8.	Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

12.	Implements all sales activities outlined in the Critical Sales & Marketing Issues and Resolutions and 3-month Action Plan.
