职位描述 Job description
1.按照酒店入住率和活动情况，制作考勤表和储存申请，确保劳动力和日用品供应充足。
 Prepare duty roster & store requisitions according to hotel occupancy and function to ensure sufficient manpower & supplies are provided for operation.
2.定期检查客房的清洁，保持客房和客用区域良好的卫生状况达到酒店标准。
 Make regular inspection on cleanliness & upkeep of guest room to ensure hygiene and maintenance are up to standard and regulation.
3.调查客人和员工的投诉，找出事件原因并解决。
Investigate complaints from guest and staff in details to find out the outcome of case and offer solution.
4.检查客房，确保日用品的放置，小酒吧有效期的核查和补充，家具的整洁度达到酒店标准。
Inspect guest rooms to ensure amenity set up, mini bar replenishment ,minibar expired  date inspection and orderliness of furniture are met with hotel standard 。
5.控制小酒吧、库存食品的有效期，确保为盘存的精确性做好准备。
Control the inventory on mini bar, equipment to ensure the good preparation and accuracy for stock-taking are performed.
6.与值班经理沟通且确认所有房态差异和请勿打扰房间，知晓房间的实际状态并确保客人的安全。
Communicate and check with Duty Manager all room discrepancy and DND rooms to clarify the actual room status and guest safety.
7.熟悉酒店内各种设施以便协助客人。
Should familiar with in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests.
8.完成其它指定任务。
Complete other duties as assigned.

任职要求 Qualifications
1.大专以上学历.
University graduate.
2.在四星或五星酒店任职楼层主管至少3年.
Floor supervisor experience in 4 or 5 stars hotel for minimum 3 years.
