工作内容】

1. 无论在酒店任何区域,面对客人有礼貌,打招呼和介绍自己和同事。

2. 掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务，合理为客人解决问题。

3. 负责对结帐房间的查房工作。

4. 懂得使用清洁工具及清洁剂，负责酒店公共区域、房间卫生的清洁工作。

5. 负责收送宾客洗衣，补充客用品、小冰箱酒水，并按标准和程序放房。

6. 负责客房杯具的清洁与消毒，布草的收集、更换与摆放。

7. 管理好定额物品，控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收。

8. 完成易耗品的盘点工作，保持仓库整洁、合理摆放物品。

9. 向上级报告发现的特殊情况、设施维修情况，失物或损坏情况，向前台报告房间物品损失，并填写交班记录。
