岗位职责/职位描述

FINANCIAL RETURNS

· In the absence of the manager presided over succession presentation, to ensure that employees know the hotel activities and operational requirements

·Develop and maintain pattern of sales calls on a regular basis

·Prepare and execute plans to increase reservation sales and related business work

·Record and handle by phone, fax, E-mail reservation

·Modify the extension and departure and other special circumstances in advance reservation record

·Survey and record did not press the arriving of the reservation confirmation

· To the team and meeting the special billing arrangements for recording

· Master about specials, discount, promotion information

·Monitor the bookings, and report to the manager of the current and future occupancy

·Prepare the report in accordance with the requirements (such as a travel agent and commercial institutions report, etc.)

· For reservation sales report

·with superior leadership department budget preparation and management

·监测预订情况,并向经理通报目前和将来的入住率

·按照要求准备报告(如给旅行代理和商业机构报告等)

·准备预订销售报告

·和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算
