工作资质 JOB QUALIFICATION
1.Regular Feature, Speak Mandarin clearly; Could actively communicate with Customers and seek Feedback and Suggestions; Speak Fluent English ;
相貌端正,口齿清晰;可积极主动与客户沟通,寻求反馈建议;有流利的英语听说语言技能者优先;
2.Capable of properly Handling Basic Customer Complaints and report;
能够妥善处理客户的基本投诉并回报上级;
3.Having 3-5 yrs Western Restaurant Working Experience at least, preferred 3 yr+ Fine-Dining Working Experience;
3-5年西餐从业经验,最好有3年以上精致餐饮岗位工作经验;
4.Having Good Internal Communication Skills;
Could learn independently to improve professional knowledges and practical skills
有良好的内部沟通技能;可自主学习提高专业理论和实践技能
5.College degree or above; Having Basic knowledge of Wine and Food Pairing; Seeking for long-term development prospects in the F&B Industry;
大专以上学历,了解西餐文化并长期寻求在餐饮业发展前景;有葡萄酒及餐配酒知识
6.Be able to work under High Intensity or Pressure;
Got good observation ability, capable of finding Opportunities in Daily Operation to optimize Work Efficiency;.

岗位描述 DUTY DESCRIPTION
1.Have full Knowledge of the Menu,Wine and Non-Alcohol Beverage offerings including Specials and Seasonal Material. 熟知菜单及酒水单知识内容(包括特殊食材及应季食材)。
2.Clearly understanding of Guest Expectations and capable of adjusting Service Details upon Guests' Request
清楚理解客人的期望并可预判顾客心理调整对客服务。
3.Attend all Required Briefings and Training Sessions.
积极参加上级要求的所有会议和培训。
4.Adhere the company standard procedure
按照公司指定的标准流程执行工作
5. Comply with company grooming standards.
遵守公司的着装修饰标准,并自主管理个人形象
6. Understanding relevant H&S Legislation and the Implications on the Daily Operation.
了解与日常运营相关的卫生和安全立法以及执行要求。
