岗位包括：前台主管、预定主管

1．每日审阅有关报表和前台值班工作日志，掌握客房销售、预订情况，掌握重要客人接待任务情况和客人投诉处理情况。

2．负责做好客房出租率预测，确保房间出租情况、订房情况、到店和离店情况以及房账收入和其他一些由管理部门要求的统计情况的准确性。

3．根据公司标准要求，落实执行前厅部规章制度，服务规程和质量标准。督导前厅各分部员工服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对前厅部各项工作实施全面监管。

4．有效贯彻、落实并完成部门制订的每月工作计划。制定部门培训计划，加强员工的业务培训，素质教育。

5．完成领导交办的其它工作。

岗位要求

1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验3年以上。

2.熟悉酒店前厅的经营管理工作，具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神

3.英语对话流利，有较强的协调管理能力，具有一定的销售能力。

4.掌握收银方面的前台财务基础知识，能处理日常服务环节中所涉及到的财务方面的问题。
