岗位职责：
1.根据公司的实际情况和经营发展目标制定公司人力资源计划，并报公司审批;
2.负责组织实施并监督公司人力资源计划;
3.负责建立畅通并有效的沟通渠道以及有效的激励机制：建立有效的沟通渠道，就能及时了解员工的想法和建议，提高员工与公司的沟通效率;建立有效的激励机制，能激发员工的积极性和创造性，能为企业带来更大的收益。
4.负责人力资源部门的日常工作，为公司招聘优秀合适的人才，组织员工参加培训，提高员工的能力，培养人才;负责员工的业绩考核工作;
5.塑造维护和传播公司的企业文化，让员工对公司有更好的了解;
6.处理公司的重大人力资源问题;
7.完成领导交给的其他任务。岗位要求：
1.人力资源管理或相关专业的本科以上学历;
2.5年以上行政人事管理经验，3年以上人力资源总监或人力资源部经理工作经验;
3.有很强的计划性和执行能力;
4.具有良好的沟通协调能力、组织能力。
语言能力：中国普通话-熟练计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：25-45岁
