1、熟悉各种清洁设备的用途及使用方法。
2、按酒店要求着装上岗，不得无故迟到、早退、旷工。
3、正确使用化学洗涤剂，正确使用、保养和维修清洁机械设备。 报告并检查各种维修项目修复情况，确保负责区域设施用品完好有效。
4、完成所辖区域的日常清洁卫生工作，严格按照操作程序完成地面打蜡和地毯、沙发清洗及大清洁计划工作。
5、如发现客人或员工的意外事故，立即向领班汇报，并详细记录事故原因和经过。
6、负责所管辖区域地面、墙面、休息区、烟筒、客用卫生间、员工通道、客用通道的等石材及地毯的保养。
7、掌握酒店的应知应会内容及做好客人的询问及服务工作。
8、负责酒店分区设施设备的维护、保养工作。
9、负责分区玻璃、地毯、石材的清洁、维护、保养工作。
10、负责所用工具、设备的维护及保养工作。
11、做好班次与班次之间的交接工作。
12、完成领班安排的临时工作。
13、月底前做好本部清洁消耗费用结算，报领班处。
