MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 责任概要：
 
Responsible for the maintenance of air conditioning, water supply and drainage, kitchen, laundry, boiler, fitness, cleaning machinery and equipment. To be responsible for energy management, formulate and implement energy conservation plans, and coordinate the work of various departments.                                                                                                                           负责对空调、给排水、厨房、洗衣房、锅炉、健身、清洁机械设备的维修保养工作进行管理。负责能源管理工作，制定节约能源计划并实施；协调各部门工作。
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务：
 
1、To formulate the inspection system for equipment room, especially fire pump room, swimming pool pump room, air conditioning room and air cabinet room, and to inspect and record every day according to the requirements of the system. If there is any abnormal situation to be handled in time, if it can not be handled in time, it is necessary to report to the chief engineer.
制定各设备机房，尤其是消防泵房、泳池泵房、空调机房、风柜机房的巡检制度，按制度要求员工每天巡查并做好记录。如有异常情况及时处理，如不能及时处理，需要向总工程师报告。
 
2、Set up the account of the machinery and equipment, and check the equipment every month. Set up the equipment maintenance plan, carry on the maintenance on time and report the maintenance to the superiors every month.
建立设备台账，每月进行设备清点。建立设备保养计划，按时进行保养；每月向上级汇报保养完成情况。
 
3、Know the energy consumption of the equipment every day, and analyze the data of hotel water, air conditioning and refrigeration. If there is abnormal energy data in each area; it can quickly find out the cause and solve it in time. According to the consumption of electricity and equipment in each region, the energy consumption plan and management measures are proposed.                                                                                           每天了解设备耗能情况，分析酒店用水、空调制冷量等数据。各区域如出现能源数据异常；能迅速找出原因并及时处理解决。根据各区域用水及设备用电、空调冷量消耗情况提出可行的节能方案和管理措施。
 
4、Maintenance of important equipment (such as fire pumps, living pumping rooms, air conditioning mainframe, air-conditioning cabinet equipment) should be directed and supervised on site to ensure that the tasks are completed within the time limit set by the hotel.
重要设备（如消防泵、生活泵房、空调主机、风柜设备）的维修保养工作，要到现场指导及监督，确保在酒店规定的时间段内完成任务。
 
5、Regular inspection of laundry, kitchen, gym equipment, check whether there is abnormal condition; Ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
定期对洗衣房、厨房、健身房、冻库及制冷设备进行巡查，检查是否有异常情况；确保设备正常运行。
 
6、The equipment and accessories stored in the warehouse are checked regularly. If there is no or insufficient accessories, it is necessary to apply for purchase in time; avoid the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment.
定期检查库房内存放的设备配件，配件如已没有或不足，需要及时申请采购；避免影响设备的维修保养工作。
 
7、Responsible Department on duty, make daily duty records; In the process of duty, we need to search all equipment rooms and make good duty records.
负责部门值班，做好日常的值班记录；在值班过程中需要寻查所有设备机房并做好值班记录。
 
8、Assist the communication and coordination between the Department and other departments.
协助本部门与其他部门的沟通及协调工作。
