【岗位职责】
1、协助行政总厨完成厨房日常运营管理工作，确保菜品出品质量与食品安全标准
2、负责中餐厨房各岗位的工作安排与协调，监督员工操作规范执行情况
3、参与菜单研发与成本控制，定期优化菜品结构与制作流程
4、督导食材验收、储存及厨房设备维护工作，确保符合卫生安全规范
5、组织厨房员工技能培训，提升团队专业水平与工作效率
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的中餐烹饪功底，精通川菜及其他主流菜系制作工艺
2、3年以上星级酒店或高端餐饮机构中厨房管理经验
3、熟悉厨房成本核算及食材管控流程，具备菜单设计能力
4、持有厨师职业资格证，掌握食品安全及卫生管理相关法规
5、具备良好的团队管理能力和突发事件处理能力
