MAJOR FUNCTION 主要职能:
To maintain the Hotel’s house banks in accordance to policy, to ensure that the remittance procedures are adhered to and daily banking of cash receipts.
按照政策维持酒店备用金，确保遵守现金报销和每天存入现金收入程序。
To follow up the purchasing requirements of the hotel and ensure all are met in a timely, cost-effective manner, producing the most qualitative samples, at the minimal price. Maintaining professional and ethical relationships with suppliers of the same values, to support the purchase work.
跟踪酒店采购申请，确保所有的申请及时、低成本的完成。用最低的价格提供样品，与合格的供应商保持专业和合乎职业道德的关系，以支持采购工作进行顺利。
