• Ensure a smooth operation at the Reservations Department and good cooperation with other related departments such as Sales, AYS, Front Office & Event Management.
确保预定部运作的流畅性并且与相关部门通力协作,如销售部,热线服务部,前厅部以及宴会统筹部
• Establish and achieve office goals for agent productivity (i.e. shop scores, abandoned calls, upselling and closure ratio).
建立并且达到所设定的部门工作目标 (如质量抽查电话,电话流失率,upsell,生意流失率)
• Provide training of Reservations sales agents in all aspects of reservations operations to ensure a high degree of accuracy in guest reservations, maximizing revenue opportunities and satisfaction ratings for guest and associates.
为预定销售文员提供与预定相关联的培训,以确保在预定过程中精确判断客人的需求,使酒店的收益最大化并且满足不同客人的需求及增加员工的利益。
• Ensure the rate loading process for Wholesales and Special Corporate in the systems is accurate and up-to-date.
确保批发价和公司合同价输入在系统里的正确性,并时时保持更新。
• Coaching and counseling of agents, including progressive discipline as needed.
为员工做劝导/提醒面谈并作纪录,包括警告处分如有必要
• Monitors office staffing requirements and coordinates the roster scheduling of the department.
实时监督办公室人员需求并且为员工排班
• Review and audit travel agency commission payment via CTAC system or Accounting Office.
复查并且审核旅行社返佣程序并通过CTAC系统或财务部进行返佣
• Liaise with Revenue team on a daily basis and communicate to sales agents current sales strategy and promotion efforts.
每天实时与营运收益部协作,并且根据当前的销售策略与销售部适时保持沟通做好促销工作
• Ensure that the sales strategies are followed.
确保所有的销售策略被很好的运用着
• Report to DORS of any significant change in transient demand and booking trends.
如有销售或预定在短时间内有巨大变化或差异,适时向预定销售总监汇报
• Conduct monthly department meeting to gather ideas for improvement and strengthen communication with the team & related department.
主持每月部门会议并通过收集可以好的意见与建议来提高和巩固部门与相关部门的联系
