1. Maintain the working condition of AC facilities; minimize the power consumption and operational cost; make a good record of monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance reports. Implement duties, complete works on duty, ensure the safety of guests and team members.
2. 保证酒店设备正常运行, 尽可能降低能源消耗, 降低运行成本,做好各种设备的年度,季度,             月度的保养与维修。履行岗位职责，完成岗位的工作，确保酒店客人及员工的安全。
3. Take good care of communication facilities and skillfully operate all fire control equipment.
爱护通讯器材，熟练使用各种消防设施和器材。
4. Record problems during patrolling and report, examine and monitor with polite once find suspicious personnel and articles.
详细记录巡查过程中发现的问题，上报处理，发现可疑人员和事物要礼貌地进行盘查、监控。
5. Be familiar with the locations of hotel fire facilities and equipments and their operation.
熟悉酒店消防设施、设备的位置、操作及使用方法
6. Strictly carry out shift hand over regulation, cherish position facilities, make detailed record of work needs to follow up.
爱护岗位物品，严格落实交接班制度，对未完成和需跟进的工作要详细记录。
7. Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency procedures.
熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。
8. Skillfully operate all fire fighting equipment and facilities, organize to extinguish the fire at its beginning, assist evacuation.
熟练掌握各种消防设施和器材，能够组织人员扑灭初期火灾，协助人员疏散。
9. Skillfully operate all monitoring equipment, find the suspected on time.
熟练掌握各种监控设备，及时发现可疑人和可疑情况。
10. Record problems during patrolling and report, examine and monitor with polite once find suspicious personnel and articles.
详细记录巡查过程中发现的问题，上报处理，发现可疑人员和事物要礼貌地进行盘查、监控。
11. Obey the rules for the Team member; do work according to arrangement by Supervisor.
遵守员工手册中的各项规章制度，听从指令服从工作安排。
12. Insure the exhaust system, computery, refrigerate tower, refrigeratory working in a good condition; replacing the blowers, FCU, AHU, filter nets periodic.
确保酒店排风系统，机房主机系统，冷却塔系统，冷库系统正常运行，在此前提下尽量降低成本与能耗；定时更换风机，FCU，AHU，过滤网。
13. This position is concerned with the maintenance ,repair and operation of sound system and associated equipment of the hotel including public address system, security monitoring system, in-house movie system, back-ground music system, satellite system ，telephone system and fire alarming system in the hotel, ensuring the highest quality maintenance and maximum client satisfaction.
负责酒店音响设备的维修保养，并包括背景音乐, 监控，卫星电视, 电话，消防报警系统，确保高质量的保养和操作以满足客人的需求。
14. Periodically inspect and record the meter, well done the logbook accoding to the regulations.
定时按规定巡视抄表，记录，做好工作日志。
15. Conduct regular fire control patrol, find out any obscuration of accidents, take necessary measures and report to higher level on time.
定期对饭店进行消防的巡视，及时发现隐患，及时上报并采取措施。
16. To replace no lighting bulbs for all areas of the hotel
更换各个区域不亮的灯泡。
17. Familiar with the power distribution system, could find out the key contactor rapidly.
熟悉酒店配电系统，能迅速找到关键节点
18. Maintain all the paint work in the hotel.
维修保养酒店所有的油漆工作。
19. Repair and maintain all woodwork.
负责维修保养酒店所有木制品。
20. Repair and maintain all marble and floor tile
负责维修保养酒店大理石和所有地砖
21. Check regularly door, door hinge, door closer, window, window lock, chair, table, carpet  etc, and do quickly according to maintenance order.
定期检查门、机械门锁、闭门器、地毯、窗户、窗锁、桌、椅等，对维修单进行及时处理。
22. Check regularly emulsions paint of ceiling, furniture surface, wall covering etc. Do preventive maintenance work according to schedule.
定期检查天花乳胶漆，家具油漆，墙面等，做好维护保养工作。
23. Operation Team member on duty should check equipment and make record of equipment running.当班设备运行工要按规定时间、顺序路线，巡查管辖的设备，并如实做好运行记录及到各点签到。
24. Plumber on duty should make full preparation, when receive the maintenance order, take action quickly and report to captain or supervisor after done.
当班维修工要随时清点好个人工具，接到工程任务或维修单后，立即赶到现场尽快完成，并随后汇报主管。
25. Familiar with the power stop/ start peocedures, be able to complete the operations of it rapidly and safely.
熟悉停送电程序，能迅速安全的完成停送电操作。
26. Test operation and maintenance of the generators together with supervisor. Make sure the generators could be put into use rapidly when power supply stopped.
和主管一起进行发电机试运行，维护，停电时能使发电机迅速正常投用。
27. Well implement the enter limited regulations of power distribution room.
执行好配电重地的门禁制度。
28.  No food bring in regulations should be strictly executed. Well done mouse control.
严格执行不得将食物带入机房，做好防鼠工作。
29. To ensure that all the plumbing equipment(valves,pipes,drainage,toilets,pantry,etc) of the Hotel running smoothly, if some problem(noise,vibrating,leaking,odour,etc) can not be solved at once, report to the supervisor,
确保大厦各机械管道设备如各泵房、各水池、各种阀门、管道、下水道、洗手间、茶水间等设备的正常运作，如发现上述设备有毛病，不能正常工作或有噪音、振动、泄漏、气味等又不能马上排除的，要及时向主管报告；
30. Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.
及时报告设备故障和维修缺陷问题。
31. Hotel voluntary firefighter. Participate in fire trainings, fire drills and disaster relief activities.酒店义各消防员，参加消防培训，演练，参加各种救灾活动。
32. xpect daily repairing work, to ensure that all preventive work are well done according to schedule and instructions.
除每天维修和运行工作外，应按规定的设备保养项目表进行保养项目及内容，不得随意改动，不准弄虚作假、偷工减料，按质按量完成设备保养计划。
