职位描述
BASIC PURPOSE: Direct staff and serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods while ensuring guest satisfaction.

在顾客提出需要之前，预知顾客的要求，同时满足其要求。
The ability to serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
在不打扰到顾客的情况下，服务及清理其桌上的食品和酒水。
The ability to be familiar with the wine list and in wine and beverage service including stemware used and appropriate garnishes.
熟悉酒单及能正确的根据不同的酒水使用不同的玻璃杯和装饰品。
The ability to complete opening and closing sidework as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
根据标准铺好所有餐桌，完成必须的开档和收档工作。
The ability to present menus and explanations for all menu items as well as specials of the day.
能够向顾客解释菜单上的所有菜品及每日特色菜。
