Works with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget. Duties include:

Assists in co-ordinating the preparation of the departmental annual budget

Controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget

Conduct regular promotional activities aimed at generating more revenue, covers and profit
根据季节定期的制作各种促销活动,增加部门营业收入,并完成部门预算
Conduct regular check and plan on the Beverage part stock and stock turn over ratio to maintain a good cost control

Maintain and monitor all the assets in good condition
