Duties and Responsibilities工作职责

FINANCIAL RETURNS 财务回报

Works with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget. Duties include:

协助上级准备和管理本部门的预算。职责如下:

Assists in co-ordinating the preparation of the departmental annual budget

协助协调本部门年度预算的准备工作

Controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget

在运行过程中控制和监督部门成本,使部门运行符合预算

Conduct regular promotional activities aimed at generating more revenue, covers and profit

根据季节定期的制作各种促销活动,增加部门营业收入,并完成部门预算

Conduct  regular check and plan on the Beverage part stock and stock turn over ratio to maintain a good cost control

.定期检查酒水仓库的库存以及成本的控制

 Maintain and monitor all the assets in good condition

监督并保持设备运作良好

Assist and involved with the sale team to plan the menu for guests  and functions.

参与并协助销售部门制定菜单和各种活动

Deal with daily affairs employees, plan and assign work, working and development goals set for each employee. For employees to provide teaching, coaching and giving feedback on a regular basis, to assist to solve the contradictory between all kinds of employees, improve employee performance.

处理员工日常事务,计划并分配工作,为每个员工设定工作和发展目标。为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈,协助解决各种员工矛盾,提高员工绩效。

According to the group standard training all staff team. To ensure that employees receive proper training in quality and service standards, and for the employees equipped with tools and equipment required to complete all the work.

根据集团标准培训所有团队员工。确保员工获得质量与服务标准方面的恰当培训,并为员工配备完成全部工作所需的工具与设备。

Check employees' attendance, every year for the employees, the appraisal to motivate on-the-job employees provide excellent service for the guest, also want to strict with himself.

Inspire others to excel by clearly communicating business values and direction, recognizing good performance and providing managerial support

Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed their needs

Assist guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their request

Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs

Maintain current Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests

充分了解酒店的最新信息以便为顾客提供更准确的信息

Implement procedures which enhance the guest experience

运用各种能提升顾客满意度的措施

To take action to correct dangerous situation, and inform the supervisor of potential risks.

采取行动,以纠正危险情况,并通知上司所存在的潜在危险。
