·Familiar with the menu, beverage brand price, effectively promote toguests dishes drinks, increase sales.

·Treat all tableware, etc., in strict accordance with operatingprocedures, do light to take light put, reduce breakage.
·严格按照操作程序，对待所有餐具等，做到轻拿轻放，降低破损。
