岗位职责/职位描述

Perform their duties according to supportthe food and beverage service team, including food put the position of thecoordinate, set catering equipment, assist the service preparation work. 

行职责支持餐饮部服务团队,包括食物摆放位置的协调,餐饮设备的设置,协助服务预备工作

· Is responsible for the restaurant floor, table, dining tables, cleaning, etc., forcustomers to build a good dining environment

负责餐厅地面、工作台、餐台等清洁工作,给客人营造一个良好的用餐环境

· Establish and maintain good relationship with the guests, to transcend its needs.

与宾客们建立并保持良好的关系,以超越其所需。

· Every time when communicating with internal and external customers, need to create agood image of the hotel.

在每一次与内部及外部客户交流时,需创造一个良好的酒店形象。

· Maintain a high quality product and serviceknowledge, in order to give the interpretation of the guest satisfaction and service.

保持高质量的产品和服务的知识,以便给客人满意的解释和服务。

· Keep update the information of hotel, to provide information to guests.

保持酒店的最新信息,以能提供资料给客人。

· Executable program,in order to improve the customer experience.

执行程序,以提升客户体验。

· Understanding customer needs, timely to the superior reflect.

了解客人所需,及时向上级反映。

· Standing in the perspective of the guests, their needs, identify and meet theexpectations of guests, the guest loyalty.

站在宾客的角度分析他们的需求,识别并满足宾客的期望,树立宾客忠诚度。

· Anticipate guestneeds, handle guest inquiries and solve problems

预见客人所需,处理客人的询问并解决问题

· Interact with guestsin touch, ensure a guests' expectations.

与宾客联络互动,确保达成宾客的期望。
