【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店员工培训体系的搭建与完善,制定年度、季度及月度培训计划并组织实施;
2、根据酒店各部门需求,设计并开发针对性的培训课程,包括新员工入职培训、岗位技能培训、管理能力提升培训等;
3、组织并实施各类培训活动,确保培训效果达到预期目标,并对培训效果进行评估与反馈;
4、负责培训资源的整合与管理,包括内部讲师团队建设、外部培训机构合作及培训资料库的维护;
5、跟踪行业动态及新的培训趋势,引入先进的培训理念和方法,提升酒店整体培训水平;
6、协助人力资源部完成其他与员工发展相关的工作,如职业规划、绩效评估等。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历,人力资源管理、酒店管理、教育学或相关专业优先;
2、2年以上酒店行业培训相关工作经验,熟悉酒店运营及各部门工作流程;
3、具备优秀的课程开发与培训授课能力,能独立完成培训需求分析、计划制定及实施;
4、良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神,能够与各部门有效协作;
5、责任心强,具备较强的抗压能力与执行力;
6、熟练使用Office办公软件及培训相关工具。
