工作职责:
1、团队领导与监督:领导和监督前台和宾客服务团队,确保他们在客人入住、退房和整个入住期间提供卓越的宾客服务。为员工提供持续的指导和反馈,管理日常团队日程,确保高绩效和遵守酒店政策。
2、卓越的宾客服务:专业及时地处理宾客的询问、特殊要求和投诉,确保所有互动都能带来积极的宾客体验。通过反馈监控宾客满意度,解决服务差距,并不断实施改善宾客关系的策略。
3、运营效率:通过管理客房可用性、宾客到达和离开情况以及与客房部和其他部门协调以满足宾客需求,确保前台运营顺畅。监督账单、付款和客房分配,确保所有财务交易和宾客资料的准确性和对细节的关注。
4、 问题解决和问题解决:有效解决宾客投诉和运营问题,确保服务恢复工作达到或超过宾客期望。预测潜在的宾客担忧或运营挑战,并主动防止服务中断。
5、培训与发展:为前台和宾客服务人员提供培训与发展,确保他们具备提供优质服务所需的知识和技能。定期进行绩效评估,提供反馈和改进机会,以提高团队绩效。
6、跨部门协作:与客房部、餐饮部和其他酒店部门密切合作,及时满足客人的要求和特殊安排。确保各部门之间沟通清晰,以促进客人从抵达到离开的无缝体验。
7、报告与行政职责:准备每日运营报告,包括客人反馈、客房分配和服务挑战,确保管理层了解团队的表现。协助完成行政任务,例如更新客人资料、跟踪客人偏好和维护运营日志。
任职资格:
1、曾在前台或客户服务部门担任过主管或领导职务,最好是在酒店或酒店环境中。
2、具有很强的领导能力和团队管理能力,能够培训和激励员工。
3、具有出色的沟通和人际交往能力,以客户为中心。
4、具有很强的解决问题能力,注重细节。
5、精通酒店物业管理系统 (PMS) 和前台运营。
6、精通英语;会其他语言者优先。
7、能够灵活安排工作时间,包括晚上、周末和节假日。
