Key Responsibilities

· Source potential cooperation partners and make preliminary validation based on company’s business goal and brand standards

· Conduct site visit, researches, evaluations, and feasibility of potential deals with internal relevant departments and partners

· Participate in brand positioning ideas delivery and implementation, contract communication, architectural design coordination, business negotiation, etc.

· Work closely with owners to implement all business development activities regarding company resort brands

· Assist the project team of the owner and our counterpart to ensure the project will be delivered according to the brand standards and to be opened as planned

· Establish and maintain good business relationship with owners/landlords

· Secure on time contract payment

Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above

· About 5 years related working experiences, real estate project management/ hospitality industry is preferred

· Great interpersonal skills and negotiation sense

· Positive and proactive working attitude, integrity and trust-worthy

· Good English reading & writing is a must, fluent speaking English is a plus

· Accept high frequent business travel
