S C O P E
职责范围
Under the direct supervision of the OperationAccountantr, and within the limits of Group policies and procedures,responsible for ensuring all revenues generated in the hotel are recordedaccurately and discrepancies reported on a timely basis.  The Income Auditor produces the daily revenuereport and reconciles all revenues against cash banked and accounts receivablemovements for each day.  The IncomeAuditor also ensures that all revenues are recorded and reported on a dailybasis and all control procedures are in place relating to the income process.

•  Finalizesfood cover report and photocopies various documentation for food and beveragecontrol and the Finance Department
确定食品人数的报告，并为成本控制经理及财务部复印各相关资料。
•   Keys in revenue journal and distributesto Outlet Mangers and management
输入收入凭证并交与餐厅经理和管理层。
•  Controlsdockets used in all outlets, maintaining correct sequence used at all times,accounting for dockets and making sure canceled dockets are recordedaccordingly 
控制所有餐厅使用的收据，并检查收据号码的连贯性，确保取消的收据也相应的记录在册。
•   Controls all food and beverage sales by:通过以下方式控制所有食品和酒水的销售：
Correct recording of guest checks on a timely basis及时纠正客人帐单记录。
Performs spot checks on outlet checks used 抽查餐厅已用帐单。
Having all voided checks, corrections andunsettled checks approved by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager
  将所有作废帐单，更改帐单及未结帐帐单交与餐厅主管或经理批准。
Monitors the buffet controls, especially overcash settled checks to prevent reuse ensuring all revenue is recorded
  监控自助餐收入，特别是用现金结算的帐单，防止重复使用同一帐单再次结帐，以确保所有收入都被记录下来。
Ensure banquet controls are being adhered to确保遵循宴会控制制度。
Reconciles total outlet sales to total charges核对餐厅销售收入与电脑记录一致。
•  Ensuresall rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailingthe charges.  All rebate credits must bein accordance with Finance Policy.  Therebate credits, miscellaneous charges and paid outs must be summarized and sentto the Finance Manager and General Manager for review daily
确保所有的折扣和杂项收入都有相关的详细凭单支持；所有折扣必须遵循财务政策。将每日所有的折扣，杂项收入及现金垫付汇总后将财务总监及总经理审批。
•  Ensuresthat programs involving coupons, certificates, and vouchers are adequatelycontrolled and safeguards are in place
控制所有的优惠券、免费券，及凭单妥善控制及保管。
•   Audits daily collection of the GeneralCashiers Summary against the bank in slip
审计每天总出纳汇总表和银行进帐单是否一致。
•    Audits and reconciles advance paymentsand ensures payments have been applied
  审计和调节每天客人预付定金，并确保付款已到位。
•  Works withGeneral Cashier to check all float totals regularly and keeps control onregisters in outlets
  与总出纳一起定期检查各站点备用金，并保存各营业点收银机数据记录。
•    Reconciles revenues on a daily basis viaback up page 每日调节收入。
Perform any other duties assigned byDivision/Department Head/Section Head。
任何由部门总监/部门经理/部门主管安排的其他工作任务。

•   Initiate action to correct a hazardoussituation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
及时对危险的情形采取补救措施，并向主管汇报存在的潜在危险。
•    Log security incidents and accidents inaccordance with hotel requirements
按照酒店要求记录安全事故及突发事件。
