【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店日常运营成本的核算、分析与控制，确保成本支出合理有效；
2、定期审核采购订单、供应商报价及合同，监控采购流程的合规性；
3、编制月度、季度成本分析报告，提出成本优化建议并跟进执行；
4、监督库存管理，定期盘点并分析差异，确保账实相符；
5、协助财务部门完成年度预算编制及成本相关数据的整理；
6、与其他部门沟通协作，推动成本控制措施的落地与改进；
7、跟进市场行情变化，及时调整成本控制策略。
【岗位要求】
1、1年以上酒店成本控制相关工作经验，熟悉酒店运营流程；
2、具备扎实的财务基础知识，熟练使用Excel等办公软件及财务系统；
3、较强的数据分析能力，能独立完成成本核算及报告编制；
4、工作细致严谨，责任心强，具备良好的沟通与协调能力；
5、具备一定的抗压能力，能适应快节奏工作环境；
6、对数字敏感，具备敏锐的成本管控意识及问题发现能力。
