Position Summary职位概述
This position is concerned with being responsible for the production and preparation of all pastry related items as per supervisor instructions.
根据主管的要求负责饼房所有食物的准备与制作
 
1.To check all merchandise issued by storeroom and arriving from the markets on quality and quantity as per requisitions.
根据每日申购单检查库存食物的数量与质量
2.To help in preparing the daily mise-en-place and buffet items.
做好日常的准备工作和自助餐的准备工作
3.To check on quality of all outgoing items and food.
检查售出食物的质量
4.To ensure all equipment is in perfect working order, always clean.
保证设备清洁并处于良好的运行状态
5.To take care of the utensils issued to the department.
保护部门用具
6.To issue and handle the products on a “first in – first out” basis.
遵守食物先进先出的准则
7.Maintains the highest standard of personal professional image, conduct, knowledge and skills related to the job responsibility.
维护最高的专业个人形象。
8.Maintains professional business confidentiality.
保护商业机密。
9.Performs any other duty as assigned by the Department manager.
