This position is concerned with co-ordinating with Chinese Chef at all times assisting the Chinese Chef in the operation and coordination ofthe Chinese Kitchen. Creating a royal and trustworthy staff, who take pride in their work providing the highest quality of food.

1.To be responsible for opening and closing of outlets.
负责厨房的正常运营
2.Report to Chinese Chef on any departmental problems.
向中厨厨师长汇报部门存在的问题
3.To ensure fast and efficient service to outlets.
保证餐厅高效快速的服务
4.To have a complete understanding and to follow up on hotel policies relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
对酒店的防火措施,卫生管理,健康安全方面理解正确全面并致力去推进
5.To be aware of food cost control.
关注成本控制
6.To monitor the quality and quantity of all food items being served.
控制好产品的质量和数量
7.To monitor correct quality and quantity of all foods received for your outlet.
控制好收货的质量和数量
8.To ensure that no reusable foods are not wasted.
保证未变质食物不被浪费
9.To keep Chinese Chef and Director of F&B aware of all items of interest.
协助中厨厨师长和餐饮总监了解所有工作项目
10.To ensure the attractiveness of all display of foods on daily counter, buffets and banquet events.
保证每日所提供食物的新鲜
11.To ensure that staff in direct guest contact have full knowledge of all food items and methods in which way they were prepared.

12.To develop new ideas with Chinese Chef for the outlets.

13.To take part and give in-put into all training programs.

14.To complement and maintain quality standards as they relate to sanitation and cleanliness.

15.To ensure all operating equipment / furniture are in good condition.
