Assign responsibilities to     Housekeeping Hosts, implementing multi-Tasking principle and check their     performance on a regular basis. 
对客房主理分配任务，实施“一职多能”原则，并定期检查其绩效。
 
Enter the guest rooms according to the Standards and     Procedure.
根据标准与程序进入客房。
·       Inspect rooms, and complete reports with verified status; inform cleanrooms to Front Desk, or update room states via property management system.
检查房间并完成实际房态报表；把干净的房间通知到前台知道，或者通过房间管理系统更新。
 
Ensure that     all Housekeeping Department     requests are checked and ensure follow-up actions are conducted.
确保检查所有客房部的需求，并确保付之于行动。
 
Ensure that     all daily special guest rooms, special request rooms,     long stay guest room for arrivals are checked and in line with the     standard set-up by the hotel.
检查当日将抵达的特殊客人房间、或有特殊需求的房间以及长住客的房间，确保房间内的摆放标准符合酒店的标准。
 
Ensure that     the workplace is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as     the Back of House, Public Areas and     all the guestrooms.
确保所有工作区域干净整洁，包括酒店的前场和后台、公共区域和所有客房。
 
Constantly     train the Housekeeping Hosts on the Standards     and Procedure.
根据酒店标准与程序对客房主理进行针对性培训。
·       Monitor the implementation of the“Perfect Room” Program.
监督“完美房间”计划的实施。
 
Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/     property operations the repair and maintenance program as related to guest     rooms and public areas.
与工程部或酒店运营部一起，沟通和协调相关的客房和公区的维修和维护计划。
 
Assist in     conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and     supplies.
协助对所有运营设备和用品进行每月盘查。
 
Control the     requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and     supplies.
合理控制所有运营设备和物资的采购，储存和使用。
 
Have a     thorough understanding and knowledge of all Housekeeping related service     and products.
对所有客房部的服务和产品有全面理解和认知。
·       Conduct daily pre-shift briefings on room occupancy, arrivals &departures, function / events of the day and special attention that is needed.
每天向当班同事介绍房间入住情况、到达和离店信息、当天的会议/宴会信息、及需要注意的事项。
·       Conduct inspections of guest rooms and provide feedback to HousekeepingHosts. 
对客房进行检查，并向客房主理提出反馈。
·       Identifies training needs and ensures departmental training plans aresuccessfully implemented.
 确 认 培 训 是 必 需 的 ，并 保 证  部 门 的 培 训 计 划 是  顺 利 完 成 的。
·       Provides support to front line personnel, so they can deliver thehighest level of outstanding guest service possible.
对 一 线 服务人员给予支持 ，促使 他 们能够 提供最好的服务给 顾 客。 
·       To ensure good interdepartmental communication, network, and teamwork.
确保跨部 门之间有良 好的 沟 通 、 交 流 和 团 队 合 作 精 神。
·       Ensures that housekeeping personnel are familiar with in-housefacilities for the purpose of assisting guests.
保 证 客 房 部 人 员 熟 悉 房 间 内 的 设 施 ，以 便 给 客 人 提 供 更 好的帮助。
·       Maintains open channels of communication with the Assistant Housekeeperon all matters affecting the Housekeeping, Guest Service, Engineering andLaundry Department.
 对 所 有 关 于 客 房 部 、 宾客服务部、 工 程 部 、 洗 衣 房 的 事 情，与  客 房 部 副 经 理 保 持 联 系。 
·       Conducts regular meetings within assigned area.
在 工 作 区 域 内 主 持 日 常 会 议。
