【职位描述】
An assistant of trading hotel HR operations team, this role will work closely with HR Coordinator to offering support to Regional Director, HR on Greater China & Mongolia hotels HR operationos. Key responsibilities will include collect data & information from hotels. More details as below:
Hotel Operations Support
- Hotel GMs’ pre-onboarding status list update, check-in documents collection, etc.
- Prepare the offer letter for hotel Director if there is no DHR
- Hotel 4D / 4M onboard/leaver list update
- HR Orientation Process follow up
- HR Tracking List Update & reminding
- Hotel HR contact list update
Filing & Records updating
- Hotel Shadow File Administration (GM & 4D & HOD)
- Hotel Position and Hotel BU Request
- Hotel HR Orientation kit updated
Report & Data collection
- Monthly HR dashboard collection – all properties
- Distribute the PeopleSoft checking report with individual property
- Human Capital Report Collection – all properties
- Other requirements on hotels data & information collection
Administration Support
- Webinar & Con call set up
- Travel Request
- Monthly Expense Claim
- HR Leader Expense Payment
Others
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
【任职要求】
1. Attention to detail and ability to work with large volume of quantitative data;
2. Fluency in English and Mandarin
3. Analytical; knowledgeable of statistics and good at computer excel skill
4. Careful and reliable. Have good sense of communication.
5. Can work at least 12 months.
