What will I be doing?
As the Manager of Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) Development & Support, Greater China & Mongolia (GCM), this position will focus on all support activities in relation to development and deal activities in the pursuit of the strategic objective of the company to expand our footprint in the development of hotels that carry our HGI brand in GCM. You will work closely with HGI developers and key stakeholders across the business to ensures all development goals, key measurements and targets in the region are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities of the Manager, HGI Development & Support GCM will include but are not limited to the following:
• Assists to develop and implement the HGI development strategy. Interacts with support functions (Brand, Ops,
Feasibility, Legal and Finance) to ensure the HGI projects in the region comply with all Hilton goals,
objectives and criteria.
• Responsible for collecting data for preparing and submitting owner & project applications. Prepares
committee documents for all HGI deals that need a further level of approval.
• Assists to oversee and manage the HGI Development Planning across the region. This includes working with key
stakeholders in Brand to ensure the marketing is appropriate to market (e.g. translation) and to ensure
local input into GCM development marketing materials.
• Work alongside and support the HGI Development team with proposal formulation, DA compilation and completion
of Due Diligence.
• Maintains detailed databases related to development work, including O2O etc. Prepares related analysis and
internal documents for presentations and meetings.
• Conducts related HGI development marketing activities including organizing conferences, conference
participations, roadshows, investor presentations etc.

• Excellent presentation, public speaking and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written communication
skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with those involved in developing hotels (high net worth individuals,
legal professionals and all levels of corporate and real estate executives).
• Analytical, quantitative and data management skills are essential. Ability to interpret and analyze
financial statements.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work. Absolute integrity and confidentiality regarding
sensitive information.
• Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate the team in a demanding and competitive market-place
and supporting a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with
others as appropriate

Required Qualifications
• Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
• Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ years
• Minimum Years of Specialized Experience: Four (
4) years of hospitality management
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken in a business environment)
• Additional Requirements (i.e. % of travel time, etc.)
• Ability to travel as required (approximately 30% of time)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluent in English is preferred
