【职位描述】
The Hilton portfolio of hotels is comprised of 18 industry leading and world-class brands, spanning more than 100 countries. In Asia Pacific, the company has over 300 trading hotels and nearly 500 under development.
What will I be doing?
To assist Hilton Greater China Corporate IT Technical Support Team in
1) Maintain hardware, software and peripherals in Hilton Greater China headquarter offices
2) Hardware and software installation and deployment as per Hilton global standards
3) Corporate team member technical support, fix hardware and software issues and response to the IT requests
4) To develop system reports to assist in analyzing the trend of technology support ticket and request
5) Video conference and visual audio devices housekeeping in Hilton Shanghai office

【任职要求】
What are we looking for?
· Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems subject.
· Knowledge of Operating Systems, Windows Domain, Network, ITIL, Cyber Security.
· Customer service oriented, desire to learn about new and existing technologies.
· Strong initiative, attention to detail.
· Proficient language skill in both English and Mandarin.
· Must be able to work 4 days per week, at least
