Asa Revenue Analyst, RMCC APAC, you will be responsible for maximizing revenueand profits for multiple hotels by supporting the Directors, Cluster RevenueManagers, and Cluster Revenue Managers in the strategic coordination of revenuemanagement reporting, processes, and procedures.

What will I be doing?

·       Create,update, and share RMCC reports to all relevant parties; complete all RevenueAnalysts’ tasks as and when necessary to ensure consistent processes andprocedures for all hotels managed by RMCC

·       Ensureprofessional and efficient utilization of Hilton systems, tools, and reports; followbest practice for RMCC to ensure all commercial decisions are supported byappropriate data analysis

·       Manage,contribute, and participate in projects to improve the efficiency oreffectiveness of the RMCC department, reports, process, or procedures

·       Createdashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI,MicroStrategy, etc.

·       Writecomplex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases

·       Buildan effective working relationship with commercial service teams and operationsto maintain their trust and confidence in the commercial decisions based ondata and fact

·       SupportRevenue Managers and Directors in the RMCC to ensure a constant and consistentdelivery of Revenue Management reporting materials and to drive the businessprocesses forward

·       Followthe RMCC training program to gain expertise of Revenue Management and ensureconsistent support for all hotels in the RMCC

·       Provideinsights and analytics solutions to drive commercial performance

What are we looking for?

A Revenue Analyst, RMCC APAC serving HiltonBrands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other TeamMembers. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude,behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

·       1+ years related experience in an analyticsrole involving data analysis, data visualization and commercial insightsgeneration

·       Excellent communication skills, includingwritten, oral and presentation skills, both in Chinese and English

·       Confident in communicating with a wide rangeof people, both internal and external

·       Positive, open-minded, and ready forfast-paced and changing environment

·       Clear, concise, logical, and factual in makingarguments and decisions

·       Ability to recognize trends in data andevaluate complex written and numerical information effectively and efficiently

·       Ability to multi-task, prioritize and balanceimportance, urgency, and resources

·       Determined and energetic, whilst remainingcalm and level-headed to deliver results

·       Profession in Microsoft Excel (formula, pivottable), SQL, and Power BI (or similar visualization tools)

·       VBA, MicroStrategy,Power Pivot, Power Query, and Alteryx are preferred
