职位描述
工作职责:•	Ensure professional and efficient utilization of all systems within the revenue operation, in line with company best practices and standard operating procedures.•	Ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted to identify and maximize all possible opportunities and minimize any risks. The sales and pricing strategies are based on sound commercial judgement through effective analysis and reporting.•	Ensure that hotel and above-hotel commercial team members are actively engaged in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication.•	Pro-actively participate in defining global, area and regional operating practices to deliver maximum commercial advantage.•	Proactively target and sell RMCC APAC services to hotels not currently in the center.•	Work and partner with key regional stakeholders to plan market segment and channel strategies and tactics to be applied across the region to maximize revenue, to ensure we exceed our customers, owners, and shareholder expectations.•	Streamline processes and efficiencies and increase revenue management skill set of the team.•	Monitor performance results (both internal and external benchmarks) to evaluate performance and plan activities to achieve budget and outperform the competition.•	Develop revenue management teams within the region with skills and knowledge to maximize revenue and profit.•	Drive a revenue management culture throughout the region, to enable, identify and maximize on all revenue and profit opportunities.•	Responsible for monthly, quarterly & annual performance reviews for hotel and regional•	Create and maintain a qualified and effective team of Senior Cluster Revenue Managers and Cluster Revenue Managers. Participate in the recruitment for RMCC and maintain talent succession planning within team.任职资格:Experience:•	Minimum of five (5) years of experience in similar function•	Previous Systems Experience: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Word, PMS-OnQ, RMS-IDeaS, CRS, DelphiSkills:	•	Management Skills i.e. leadership, organization, communication.	•	Good People Management Skills proven in previous management position.•	Strong analytical skills.Qualities:	•	Sound technical knowledge of the day-to-day management & operation of a revenue office.•	Sound knowledge of job-related information technology.•	Commercial attitude and proactive sales approach	•	Ability to set & maintain minimum standards.	•	Ability to analyses data and identify significant trends.	•	Friendly & outgoing personality.•	Sound knowledge of types & sources of business.•	Identified potential for future promotion with Hilton.	•	Self-Motivated.	•	Ability to introduce change effectively.•	Able to work accurately and effectively under pressure.	Languages:•	Ability to speak and write English fluently.
