工作职责:
What will I be doing?
As a Procurement Cluster Manager, you will lead the development, performance, and governance of Hilton’s cluster procurement program across designated regions. You will partner closely with Area General Managers, Operations leadership, and hotel teams to drive cost efficiencies, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support Hilton’s commitment to operational excellence.
You will ensure that each cluster operates with clear structure, strong engagement, and consistent compliance with Hilton policies, while also building capabilities and sharing best practices across the network nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Cluster Strategy & Program Development
• Develop and execute the national strategy for Hilton’s cluster procurement program, maximizing value and supporting continuous cost optimization.
• Identify new opportunities to establish clusters in additional regions; partner with the Area General Manager to activate and lead the participating hotels.
• Conduct regular onsite and virtual cluster review meetings to evaluate performance, ensure engagement, and facilitate best practice sharing.
Governance, Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Collect quarterly reports from each cluster; maintain the national cluster project register and share consolidated progress updates across all clusters.
• Monitor cluster committee structure and ensure Area General Managers fill vacancies promptly.
• Track the pipeline of new cluster initiatives and guide clusters to develop projects that deliver year over year savings and operational efficiency.
• Monitor project execution across hotels and support clusters in improving adoption and compliance rates.
• Pre review cluster contracts submitted to headquarters, route to the HSM Senior Director for approval, and manage internal signature/seal processes.
Annual Planning & Performance Evaluation
• Coordinate annual cluster procurement targets and facilitate the annual planning meeting.
• Consolidate and assess year end achievements and evaluate performance against goals.
Executive Communication & Cross Functional Engagement
• Consolidate quarterly cluster performance reports and present updates and insights to Operations VPs.
• Organize the annual in person National Procurement Champions Meeting and quarterly virtual champions meetings.
• Host biannual virtual conferences for hotel Procurement Managers to deliver training and updates.
• Support onboarding and capability building for newly appointed regional Procurement Managers.
Recognition & Incentive Program
• Administer the annual selection of HSM monthly bonus recipients and manage communication, contracting, and payment workflows.
Category & Supplier Management
• Lead assigned national cluster categories as directed by the HSM Senior Director.
• Manage sourcing processes, including RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, and supplier performance management across key spending categories such as F&B, OS&E, FF&E, Engineering, and Services.
• Ensure full adherence to Hilton procurement policies, internal controls, and ethical standards.
任职资格:
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement experience, ideally in hospitality or a multi site environment.
• Proven experience leading cross regional programs or cluster/portfolio level procurement.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, analytics, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, including Area General Managers and Operations leaders.
• Strong working knowledge of sourcing processes, contracting, and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in global hospitality procurement area
• Proficiency in procurement systems, eProcurement platforms, and data analytics.
• Multilingual capability.
