职位描述
工作职责:
This position is concerned with the implementation of Information Technology function at the hotel in accordance
with Hilton’s Information Technology strategies and priorities as well as measuring Information Technology costs,
benefits and performance in the hotel and providing this information to hotel management and the Senior
Director, Field Technology Services.

Brand Standards & Compliance 品牌标准及合规
• Ensuring IT related Brand Standards are met at the hotel.

• Ensuring Brand approved hardware and software applications are only used at the hotel.

Systems & Procedures 系统及流程
• Ensuring all systems are kept up-to-date with security and update patches.

• Ensuring hardware refresh standards are met at the hotel and no non-standard hardware or application
is used at the hotel.

• Ensuring to comply with IT Audits, IT Security and making sure systems are PCI compliant.

• To maintain standards and best practices at hotel and evaluate compliance.

• Ensure hotel data is secured and in line with stated standards and best practices.

• Ensure all systems are secure and required daily backups are happening with all critical information
backed up nightly where applicable.

Customer Service 客户服务
• Bring values to customer satisfaction aspects by focusing on Guest Facing Technology requirements for
the hotel to contribute to overall guest experience.

• Ensuring StayConnected guidelines are met to provide guests with a competitive advantage and
experience.

Financials 财务
• Manage all IT expenditures and evaluating them with IT Capital and Operational budgets.

• Seek opportunities for cost reduction and value-added benefits for the hotel.

• Provide consultation service to hotel management team to ensure all IT equipment is covered under
Annual Maintenance Contract with Hilton Globally / Regionally approved vendors / suppliers.

Administration 行政管理
• Provide consultation service to hotel management team to ensure all IT equipment is covered under
Annual Maintenance Contract with Hilton Globally / Regionally approved vendors / suppliers. Assists with
the development, maintenance and update of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects
Policies & Procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division. Ensures annual
review to accurately reflect any changes.

• Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Finance Departmental Budget in close cooperation
with the Director of Finance, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.

• Assists with the subscription, maintenance, and update of all licenses at the hotel and provide
consultation to the hotel management to track the relevant inventory.

• Advises the management of the hotel on additional facilities that could be provided by either existing or
further IT systems and technological advances.

What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
• Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-level degree in IT, or related field.

• Certified / Extensive experience in IT roles.

• Hardware & Software Installation and Troubleshooting skills.

including Microsoft programs.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
• At least five(5) years of professional work experience in Technology, Hospitality or related field.
五年以上技术、酒店或相关领域专业工作经验。
• Three (3)years of Hilton hotel Field Technology Management experience.
三年以上希尔顿酒店技术管理经验。
• Previous experience and understanding of technology deployments in a Project Management
capacity.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• Bachelor’s Degree, plus 5 years of Hospitality or Technology related experience.
本科学历,以及五年酒店或技术相关经验。
• Ten (10) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field.
十年技术或相关领域专业工作经验。
• Five (5) years of Management Experience for Hilton Field Technology.
五年希尔顿现场技术管理经验。
• Experiences working with Microsoft Power Platform will be a plus.
拥有Microsoft Power平台经验优先。
• Advanced degree preferred and/or certification in Project Management.
