工作职责:
Role Overview:

We are seeking a Manager, MarTech Business Analytics to play a critical role of developing data-driven marketing capabilities across CDP and MarTech ecosystem.
This role will focus on translating complex business questions into scalable data solutions, analytics frameworks, and measurement methodologies. You will partner closely with Marketing & Loyalty, Data Engineering, and other commercial teams to build robust data models, enable audience/CRM intelligence, and ensure business decisions are grounded in accurate and actionable data.
You will act as the data and analytics backbone for audience/CRM strategy, ensuring that customer segmentation, re-targeting, activation, & other marketing activities are empowered by reliable data, sophisticated modeling, and measurable/visible insights.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Measurement, Insights & Optimization
• Own the design and evolution of marketing measurement frameworks across CRM and campaign activities.
• Define audience/CRM related KPIs (e.g., conversion, retention, engagement, LTV), and design measurement frameworks for CRM lifecycle management, and develop data visualization for tracking & reporting purposes.
• Develop marketing campaign measurement frameworks to track and analyze the marketing campaigns through CDP platform, including:
o Incrementality testing (A/B testing)
o Attribution modeling (MTA, MMM where applicable)
o Campaign ROI and performance tracking across channels
• Drive decision-making by translating measurement insights into clear recommendations on CRM strategy, and campaign optimization

2. Customer Analytics & Modeling
• Support CRM team on audience segmentation strategy with actionable data insights, by leveraging CDP & enterprise data warehouse
• Develop and apply advanced analytics methodologies such as Customer Lifetime Value, Propensity modeling, & Segmentation
• Translate the model outputs into insights and implement into use cases; Scale and productize them as data assets into CDP

3. Martech Data Architecture & CDP Enablement
• Partner with data engineering, Martech product team, and CDP vendor to design and optimize CDP data models, including customer schema, event tracking, one-id logic, and integration of multiple data sources into unified customer views
• Define and implement scalable tagging frameworks and audience data structures to support advanced segmentation and personalization

4. Data-Driven Decision Support
• Partner with multiple stakeholders within Marketing, Loyalty, other Commercial teams, regional offices to evaluate new initiatives and prioritize use cases based on data insights
• Translate complex data analysis into clear business insights and recommendations
• Support stakeholders in understanding performance drivers and making informed decisions

任职资格:
Qualifications:
• 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, customer analytics, or data science, preferably in hospitality industry, or other consumer-facing industries (retail, e-commerce, travel etc.)
• Strong foundation in SQL with hands-on experience in querying large datasets; experience with Python/R is preferred; data science knowledge and experience will be a plus
• Proven experience in building or applying advanced analytics models (e.g., CLV, propensity, segmentation, attribution); Experience of machine learning based propensity models will be a plus
• Solid understanding of CDP, CRM, or related Martech platforms, including data structure and audience/customer analytics logic; Familiarity with marketing measurement methodologies (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality, attribution)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Microstrategy, or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
