HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day－to－day will be like:

•	Lead implementation projects, follow the approved implementation processes to install property management systems at any Hilton brand globally
•	Be a main contact with the hotel team and collaborate with Hilton other teams during the project phase
•	Facilitate kick－off meetings/presentations and daily status meetings with the hotel management
•	Carry out scheduled activities such as system database build, on－site classroom/virtual training and hardware setup
•	Attend all internal departmental and training calls, contributing to information sharing through approved means.
•	Attend all internal meetings relating to the hotel opening and identify any at risk projects
•	Configure system interfaces

How you will collaborate with others:

•	Provide team member mentoring, including successful onboarding of new team members.
 
•	Guide team members and liaise with the managers to support team member development and management.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

•	Handle system issues and work with the supports team to resolve any support tickets
•	Provide project approval, wrap up, and handover as per the project plan and task list

任职资格：
You have these minimum qualifications:

•	Three （3） years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
•	Two （2） years of experience as a system installer for Property, Sales or Revenue Systems
•	Understanding of Hilton’s systems （PMS, CRS, downstream systems） and interfaces
•	Record of accomplishment in leading all types of projects for implementations （Focused/Full Service, US & global model）
•	Travel 30% of the time, both domestic and international.
•	Bilingual Mandarin/English Speaker

It would be useful if you have:
•	Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s degree plus 6＋ years of Technology related experience, or High
School Degree/GED plus 12＋ years of Technology related experience
•	Five （5） ＋ years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
•	Three （3） ＋ years of experience as a system installer for Property, Sales or Revenue Systems
•	Experience with SQL, interfaces, or systems coding
•	Experience in the customer－facing environment （i.e., through satisfaction scores） in customer－ facing environment （i.e. through satisfaction scores）
