Position Summary职位概述：

Under the general guidance of the Asst/ Chief Steward, within the established policies & procedures of Wyndham, oversees & supervises all aspects of stewarding operation during a shift.The Steward Supervisor ensures that the cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are maintained in accordance to established quality standards.

在管事部副经理或经理的指导监督下制定温德姆的政策和规章，监督指导管事部的运营。管事部主管负责确保整个厨房区域的清洁度，卫生，设备和用具清洁卫生达到品质标准。

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability 工作技能技巧要求：

1.PC and basic software knowledge.

计算机基本的软件知识。

2.Be able to supervise and manage a shift .

能够指导和管理小组工作。

3.Be able to supervise subordinate associates.

能够领导自己的员工。

4.Must possess the necessary skills to be able to work hands on, and provide on the job training to associates to meet the set standards.

能够完善必要的工作技巧，提供工作方面知识培训，并帮助员工达到标准。

5.Working well in stress situations, remain calm under pressure and able to dissolve problems.

在压力下很好地完成工作，保持冷静解决问题。
