POSITION SUMMARY职位概述：
Support the Food and Beverage Service team by performing support duties including mise en place of food preparation, set up of functions, set up of food and beverage equipment, mini bar operations and assisting with the preparation of service. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. 
通过准备食材，布置餐厅，准备餐饮设备，管理客房小酒吧和协助做好其它服务准备工作来支持和协助餐饮服务队伍的工作。遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。 
RESPONSIBILITIES职责：
- Mise en Place and Food Preparation.Assist with receiving and storage of goods.
准备食材。协助接收和储存食品。
- Clean and maintain equipment and premises.Maintain hygienic standards and procedures.Assist with the preparation of an outlet for service including:
清洁并维护酒店设备。遵守卫生规范和程序。协助做好各项服务的准备工作。
- Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships.
建立和保持良好的员工关系。
- Attend and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
出席并参与每日的例会和其他会议。
- Attend and participates in training sessions as scheduled.
Complete the other tasks and jobs which assigned by the leader.
根据要求出席并参与培训事项。
- Daily service and greeting of guests.
每日宾客的服务及迎送。

ABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS 能力、关键资质、技能：
- Good communication skill.
  良好的沟通能力。
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
- Able to read and write English.
具备基础的英语读写能力。
