为业主公司另一家酒店代招，酒店名称太平惠宁酒店，工作地点昆明市安宁区。
岗位要求：
1、具有同岗位工作经验，具有酒店筹开经验优先；
2、必须掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规；
3、能充分领会上级的经营意图，正确处理上下级之间、部门之间的关系，并能组织和指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转；
4、有强烈的事业心与责任感，有较强的自学能力和适应性，秉公办事，不谋私利。其他要求：
1、语言能力：中国普通话-熟练；
2、计算机能力：熟悉使用微软办公软件；
3、良好写作能力；
4、年龄要求：30-40岁。
