· Establish, maintain hotel asset Manage policy and procedure, prevent assets loss.

· Complete the Owner Report and the tasks required by owner.

完成业主报表及业主方指派的工作。

· hotel assetAssists in providing financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of Strategic Plan, Budget and KPO’s (Goals Program)

在规划和执行战略方案，预算和KPO（目标计划）时，协助提供财务指导。

· Assists in implementing and reviewing financial controls and policies.

· Assists in the analysis of financial and management reports.

· Assists in the design of internal reporting systems required by the department and hotel.

· Employs adequate internal control procedures to ensure correct authorization for payment procedures.
