· Meet and greet all guests and potential guests in the front of the Restaurant.

· Inquiring if they have a reservation and noting it in the reservation book if they do.
询问客人是否有餐前预订。
· Creating a reservation for them with their dining preferences if they do not and noting it in the reservation book.
如果预订本上没有预订，询问客人用餐人数。
· Being attentive to guest requests.
随时注意观察客人需求。
· Escort guests to their preferred table or reserved table and seat guests according to restaurant standards.
引领客人到他们首选的位置或预订的位置，同时根据餐厅标准安排客人入座。
· Take telephone bookings and document in the Reservation book according to restaurant standards.

· Train all talent in hostess standards.

· Be attentive to guests and resolve their complaints where possible, reporting all incidents to your Supervisor.

· Handle food and beverage payment procedures for guests, and collect cash, check, credit card, etc., or hang up according to the instructions of the payment method.

· Provide daily currency exchange service for guests.

· Sort all the bills and vouchers and use the calculator to print paper tape on the bill. The total amount is the same as the amount on the computer.
把所有的帐单和凭证分类及用计算器打印带纸带订在帐单上，总数和电脑上的金额相同。
·Submit all cash receipts and other bills, credit cards and charges to the finance office for review according to hotel regulations.
根据酒店规定，上交所有现金收入及把其它帐单、信用卡及挂帐等交由财务办公室审核。
