QUALIFICATION 任职资格：
* Technical secondary school graduate or above.
中专以上学历。
* Work experience of Fitting-up Technician for one years or above in 5 star hotel is preferred.
一年及以上五星级酒店万能工同岗位工作经验优先考虑。
* Local special type of work certificate and electrician qualification certificate.
有当地特殊工种证书和电工上岗资格证书。
* Professional knowledge on electrical, AC, Plumbing and decorative construction.  Be familiar with the electricity, AC, AV and Plumbing，fire safety  and mechanical operation regulations.
精通配电、空调和管道系统，装修施工等专业知识，熟悉电力、AC，空调，给排水，消防和机械安全操作规程。
* Pay attention to and work out the safety operation, crash project and training。
重视和制定安全操作程序、应急计划和培训。
 
JOB DESCRIPTION 职位说明：
* Assist the Supervisor to finish the daily tasks, ensure the operation of the hotel is normally.
协助主管完成每天工作，确保酒店的正常运作。
* Focus attention on improving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines ensuring optimum deployment and energy efficiency of all equipment.
注重提高技术服务水平、工作成效，且费用/支出要谨慎管理并控制在合理的范畴内，确保所有设备都能高效使用及运行合理
* Ensure new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system.
保证将新技术与设备结合在一起，不断提高自身技术水平，同时将新技术应用在现有的工作系统中。
* Together with the Asst.Director of Engineering and Duty Engineers, keep the Hotel's preventive maintenance program files updated on a daily basis (including life safety equipment), To ensure all log books, record sheets and dairy of events are correctly filed and kept up to date daily.
与副总监值班工程师一起，每天更新酒店预防性维修保养方案文件的更新（包括救生安全设备），确保所有值班日志、记录表格及工作日记正确归档并每日更新。
* To ensure any work requests that may come from the Hotel's guests or management are responded to within a given time. All such requests are to be recorded along with what action is taken.
确保从酒店客人处或酒店管理层收到的任何工作联系单在要求的时间内予以反馈。所有这些工作联系单与为此工作单采取的措施一起记录。
* Through continuous search for new ideas and service improvements, guest and colleagues demands are met.

* To assist with the successful implementation of KEYS "Implementation Guides  and enforcement of its "operational procedure" requirements.
协助成功贯彻重要的“操作指南”及执行“操作程序”的要求。
* Ensures that house rules are followed and obeyed.
确保遵循酒店规章。
* Ensures that personal grooming and hygiene standards are being observed doing spot checks in the morning.
确保可通过早上随时抽查的个人仪表卫生检查。
* Ensures all engineering employees follow the Engineering Standards and Procedures as issued from time to time.
确保所有工程部员工遵循不时发出的工程标准及程序。  
* Maintains an equipment and machinery record system for the property.
保留酒店设备及机器记录。
* Perform any other duties assigned by ADOE.
执行工程副总监分派的其他任务。
