招聘精装修方向工程主管

QUALIFICATION 任职资格：
* Technical secondary school or above in engineering, at least 5 years related working experience.
工程类专业专科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验。
* Must master the basic knowledge of refined decoration.
必须掌握精装修的基础知识。
* Good command of related engineering maintenance work, good communication skills.
熟练掌握相关工程维修工作，沟通能力强。
* Intermediate engineering title preferred, quality supervision related work experience.
工程中级职称优先，有质监相关工作经验。
* Hotel opening experience is preferred.
有酒店筹备开业经验优先。
* Familiar with CAD and common office software.
熟练使用CAD及常用工作软件。

JOB DESCRIPTION 职位说明：
* Responsible for cold and hot water system, drainage system, as well as cold and hot water pipes, sewage pipes, rainwater pipes and other pipeline maintenance, repair, maintenance plan, and supervision implementation.
负责冷热水系统、排水系统，以及冷热水管道、污水管、雨水管等管道的维护、维修、保养计划的编制，并督导实施。
* Responsible for power distribution, elevator (maintenance company), strong electric system and other facilities and equipment maintenance, repair and maintenance.
负责变配电、电梯（保养公司）、强电系统等设施设备的维护、维修与保养。
* Responsible for the supervision, maintenance and management of civil engineering, interior and exterior decoration engineering, training and supervising subordinates to ensure the smooth completion of the work.
负责土建、内外装修工程现场施工的监督、维修和管理工作，培训、督导下属员工，确保工作顺利完成。
* Supervise and urge subordinates to make operation records of high and low voltage power distribution equipment carefully, review relevant water and electricity reports, make corresponding standing books, and report data timely.
督促下属员工认真做好高低压配电设备的运行记录，审阅相关水、电报表，做好相应台账，并及时将数据上报。
* Check the work order to be repaired, analyze and confirm the repair time, coordinate and follow up in time.
检查待修工作单，分析确认修复时间，及时协调跟进。
* According to the duty and operation standard, pay special attention to the site management, supervise strictly abide by the operation standard, and take charge of the team assessment.
按照职责和操作规范，抓好现场管理，督导严格遵守操作规范，并负责班组考核工作。
* Coordinate the working relationship with other departments and cooperative units.
协调与其他部门及合作单位的工作关系。
* Make the preventive maintenance plan of the department to ensure the safe and economic operation of the hotel equipment and facilities.
制定本部门预防性维修保养计划有效保障酒店设备、设施安全经济运行完好。
* Control the energy consumption and maintenance cost of the hotel to ensure maximum energy saving and cost saving.
掌握当班能源消耗及维修费用，确保酒店最大限度的节能、节支。
* Implement energy saving operation plan and control operation and maintenance budget.
推行节能运行计划的实施和运行维修费用预算的控制。
* Assist in the analysis of project quotation, visit the site to check the construction and project progress.
协助分析工程项目报价单，亲临现场检查施工与工程进度。
* Assist engineering manager in fire fighting and safety work.
协助工程部经理做好消防，安全工作。
* Assist to set up complete equipment technical file and maintenance file.
协助建立完整的设备技术档案和维修档案。
